Notes:
On 1st floor, there is a family room with a queen sofa bed and rocker. There is a lap-top computer table here, too, so bring your wireless-ready lap top.. The resident computer has games and other software loaded (NOT TO BE connected to the Internet!) The living room has a TV/VCR/DVD & a recliner.
In the screened-in porch, where the grills are stored, is an aluminum patio table and 4 chairs (also 4 kids chairs). (Great place to eat the crabs you caught and cooked!)
There is a 'Florida Room' on Creek side of house with casual seating for 8 plus a table & 4 chairs.
In March, 2010, NEW CABINETS AND COUNTERTOP installed in the kitchen. There is also a tankless water heater. April 2013: 1st floor bathroom redesigned/updated.
