Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Price is inclusive of electricity (up to 200 kWh / week) and water. Additional consumption is charged THB 20 per kWh.
Daily inspection of the rooms and full cleaning twice a week including change of bedding and towels.
Daily rates are for the entire villa with pool per night with a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. Individual agreements on prices are possible for long term rental.

Our terms and conditions are applicable which will be sent to you with your booking request.
The guaranteed time for check-in on the day of arrival is 3pm, and the time for check-out on the day of departure is 10:30am.
If you wish to check-in early or check-out late you have to check with us in advance and it totally depends on the availability of the property.
Once a booking is confirmed a deposit of 30% of the rent has to be paid and 50% of the rent during festive seasons. Balance amount is payable in either case 45 days before your arrival.
