There is a two week minimum stay over the Christmas/New Year Holiday to include both holidays between Dec 20 and Jan 5 each year. One month minimum stay for the months of January, February or March.
- Early or late check-in or check-out based upon availability $50 fee applies to either end. $20 check-in fee for check-ins after 6 p.m. Cleaning fee is $105 per booking or $150 for bookings of 28 days or more. $200 cancellation fee from day of booking up to day of arrival. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED. No refunds or changes after arrival. No refunds if your stay includes any American Holiday. Bookings based upon first pay first booked. Add $20 if paying by check or cash. We charge a 3% credit card handling fee. Standby travelers receive no refunds. Rates are higher for less than minimum nights stay. Prices and policies subject to change without notice.
