•Min. Reservation Deposit: $700.00 or 10% of the rent (whichever is the greater).
•Total Rental Rate - 50% due within 30 days of initial reservation deposit & the balance at least 30 days prior to the first day of rent.
•Refundable Security Deposit - min. $1,000.00 to be paid 30 days prior to the first day of rental. Deposit is fully refundable if you leave the house as you found it.
•If rental fees and security deposits are electronically wired, all fees are paid by the renter.
• 3 nights minimum stay. If less then 3 nights then each night is $650 per night.
•The property requires self-cleaning & trash removal during your stay.
Rentals over one week will also include additional $120 of cleaning fees per week, which will take place during the time of the guest stay. - Cancellation Fee: 50% of the total rental amount if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the first day of rental.
