The Great Room: Beautiful, large open space with panoramic water views, gas fireplace, multiple sliding doors to front deck, mahogany floors. A cozy Library off of the Great Room with comfy chairs & lots of books. Raised Gourmet Kitchen with panoramic views, a wonderful (wine-drinking) island, granite countertops, all new appliances, great gadgets, spacious pantry (with washer & dryer).

All bedrooms are very spacious, all have water views (you fight it out--sunrise or sunset view?), all have TVs and sitting areas, & all have there own spacious private bath with shower/ bathtub!! Where are we??: We are right on the beach!! The house is located at the water's end of a private dead-end road in Barnstable Village. Five-minute walk to the whale-watch harbor, restaurants and shops, & the best lobster & clam shack on the Cape! Right off of historic Route 6A....Minutes from the theaters, museums, great restaurants, shopping, fishing and nightlife. 1 hour from Provincetown, 1 hour from Boston (give or take a couple minutes).
