100.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee - Full Deposit returned if f cancel more than 60 days. If l 30 days a 50% of the depoist will be returned. If less than 15 days, 25% of the deposit returned and deposit will be forfeit if you cancel less than 10 days. No credit for shortened days due to late arrival or early departure. No cancellations due to weather.

Rio Grande House Details
Planning Trips: Wallysvette and Juan will answer questions about the area, assist in planning and reserving activities, make Juan suggestions for itineraries based on our own experience, and we are always just a phone call away without ever being intrusive. We will provide as much or as little interaction as you wish...the choice is completely up to you.Wally can take you on a tour, just name the place. A car is necessary to stay at this location and although there are not dining or shopping options within walking distance, these can all be found within 10 to 20 minutes driving time. This location provides easy access to activities and attractions in both the San Juan and Fajardo areas, which are about 35 to 45 minutes driving time. The location is 5 miles above the main town of Rio Grande
Water Sports and Other Activities: Juan can arrange surfing trips, kayaking, and other water sports. He will reserve boat trips or take an evening tour on a kayak in the bioluminence bay. Learn to surf or bodyboard with Juan in Luquillo-La Pared Surf Beach.He will show you the best surf places on the island. Go to the river and have a great splash or go bike along the beach. Reserve a date for a surf lesson with Juan.
Housekeeping: When you arrive the house will be clean and set up with linens. We will also provide bath towels, hand towels dishwashing soap, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry soap and softener. This is a non-smoking house. You are permitted to smoke outdoors. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left on the property. Check in: 4:00 PM Check out: 11:00 AM
