Pacific City House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Winter $1170 - Summer $1650 /week
- Peak season: 2012--05/15 to 2012--09/15: $1650/Weekly (7 Guests)
Comment: Cleaning fee is $100; seven person maximum, including children and toddlers
Winter season: 2012--09/16 to 2013-05/15: $195 per night, minimum 2 nights stay. Holidays may vary - Winter daily rates are $195 per night with a minimum stay of two nights or $1170 for a full week (seventh night free) plus $100 cleaning.
Summer rates are weekly only at $1650 and summer cleaning is $100. Minimum stay in May and early June is two nights.
