Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $200 Damage Deposit (fully refundable). $25 fee for snow removal.
- Personal checks are accepted. Major credit cards are also accepted.
- The Renter is responsible for leaving the property in good condition. A cleaning service will provide the basic cleaning of the cabin and will wash the linens. The charge for cleaning is $85 regardless of the length of stay. The Renter is responsible for washing and putting away his/her own dishes. The property will be inspected promptly after the tenant’s departure and the Security Deposit will be refunded within seven to ten business days. Snow removal $50 per day if required.
Casita Bonita is strictly a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed outside on the rear patio only.
Pet owners please note that dogs are allowed with prior approval. Sorry, but cats are not allowed under any circumstances.
