- The tenant is responsible for leaving the property in good condition.
A cleaning service will provide the basic cleaning of the cabin and
will wash the linens. (The tenant is responsible for washing his/her
own dishes). The property will be inspected promptly after the tenant’s
departure and the security deposit will be refunded within seven
business days.
Casita Bonita is strictly a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed outside
on the rear patio only.
Snow removal charge is $25.

Flagstaff House Details
Casita Bonita is on a quiet street with numerous trees. Access the Coconino County forest and trails just a block away for hiking, cycling and ATV use. Munds Park is at an elevation of about 7000 feet. Temperatures are typically 20 to 30 degrees cooler than in the valley. There is a small lake where fishing is permitted with a license.

Public play at Pinewood Country Club (seasonal) May to November depending on weather conditions.
Ski: Arizona Snowbowl is located 40 miles to the northwest. Daily lift tickets are approximately $45. Ski and snowboard equipment rental locations in Flagstaff and at Arizona Snowbowl.
