Hike a block into national forest land -- or through a local meadow of wildflowers. You'll be close to fine dining and great cafes and pubs. There's great shopping at outlets in Truckee and at small specialty stores in Tahoe City. Want some nightlife? Jump in the car for a short trip to casinos or shows at the state line in the North or South Shore. How about a trip to Reno for hot August nights, or to the docks for the wooden boat show? Gamble or visit Virginia City. Want to rest? Stay at home and enjoy the wet bar, full kitchen, and cable TV upstairs and downstairs. Tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable -- this home has everything you'll need for a great vacation in Tahoe.
Home Details: The house was recently painted and all doors and windows replaced. New carpets have been installed up and down stairs while beautiful natural travertine rock has been laid in the kitchen and dining areas. The house is surrounded by a wains coating of river rock with a granite trim. The home sits on a 2/3 acre lot with parking for 5-6 cars and a boat. A horse shoe pit sits just above the backside driveway to the back entrance. The house has central heating as well as a wood burning stove. Sorry but No pets are allowed to help insure the cleanliness of the house.
