Haines City Villa Details
Special features around the villa include the Southern Dunes 18-hole championship golf course and the private neighbourhood park with preservation areas and a landscaped lake. The beauty of Southern Dunes is that, while being able to relax in a 'country club' atmosphere in a beautiful villa, you are only fifteen minutes away from Disney's main gate and central Florida's many attractions (avoiding the traffic jams on the other roads leading to Disney). You'll have the best of both worlds... Inside Southern Dunes you'll have local amenities that include tennis courts, a heated community swimming pool, a play area, fishing lake, and a clubhouse with restaurant and bar. And just minutes away you'll find a supermarket and Wal-Mart at the gate, and Eagle Ridge Mall nearby on Highway 27. Reactions from guests after their vacation: 'The weather was great and the kids loved the pool. It was a little cool in the evening but it did not stop my kids from swimming. The golf course was great.
The carts had a computer which showed the exact distance to the green no matter where your ball was. Having Wal-Mart in walking distance was very convenient. The driving distance was not to far to the parks and we went to St. Petersburg beach for a day. We had a very enjoyable vacation.' 'We were so happy to get to the villa and we were absolutely thrilled to see how beautiful it was. Very open, bright and spacious. It was very, very clean and neat when we walked in the front door. We were so comfortable and right away it felt like home. Your villa is the perfect place for a family to stay. My grandsons spent hours in the swimming pool, and loved swimming in the night. Our vacation was wonderful and we definitely plan to stay at your villa again on our next trip.'
