3 nt minimum stay -- 5 nt minimum Thanksgiving/Xmas/New Years - The house is to be used by our overnight guests only, and cannot be used for larger parties, weddings or groups of more than 12 adults.
Cleaning fee of $130 regardless of length of stay.

- This rental consists of a four bedroom, two and a half bath home and a detached guest cottage. In the main house, one room has a king bed, the other three have queens. The cottage has no cooking facilities but adds a queen bed, full bath (shower only) small refrigerator and a sink. The four bedrooms (five including the cottage) are each large and well separated from each other. The perfect setting for two to five couples. Add the futon and sofa sleeper to accommodate a few extra.
