6th Arrondissement St Germain des Pres Apartment Details
Its only downfall, which for some will be a plus, is the fact that the communal areas of the building are due to be repainted next year. So Ok, it is not the smartest entrance off the street although it is in a 17th century building. The plus is that the rent is quite a bit cheaper than it will be when repainted next year!!! The building by October 2009 will have been repainted so the new rentals will apply: 1800 euros in peak and 1700 euros in low season
Don't forget to view the positive comments written by the guests who have stayed at rue des Saints-Pères.
