Puerto Vallarta Condo Details
Golf: Golfing is only minutes away, with El Tigre golf course being one of the best courses in Mexico. The Marina Residences has it own private putting green to keep in practice while relaxing in my condominium. Poolside at the Marina Residences enjoy a game of Bocce, or shuffleboard or just laze around the pool. It is always fun to enjoy a home barbeque poolside. There is also a fully affiliated Yacht Club just across from my condominium. Sign in as a guest and enjoy the Yacht Clubs facilities.
Shopping & Restaurants: Paradise Plaza, a new shopping mall located right next to the Marina Residences offers a large grocery store and deli, a bank and ATM, four excellent restaurants, plus McDonald's, Domino's Pizza, a coffee house, two Internet cafes, and many other retail shops, as well as a medical center. Within walking distance or short cab rides there is an abundance of restaurants including several of my favourites The Fajita Republic and Bernardo's. There are restaurants to suit every palate.
Bus transportation is fast, cheap and convenient with buses running from the shopping center every 10 minutes to downtown or north. Take the water taxi from the marina to downtown Puerto Vallarta to enjoy restaurants, nightlife or stroll the Malecon. The Aquador is a fun trip across the Marina channel to restaurants and beaches.
