Offering 20% discount specifically for available summer weeks in 2013. We have a couple nice weeks in June. Specifically June 17-24, June 24-Jul 1st. A fabulous premium week in July 17-24. A 5 night stay in Aug 11-16. A week Aug 23-30. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to stay in this wonderful family Reunion home near the Rio Del Mar Beach in Aptos, Ca so. of Santa Cruz
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $5225/week during summer/holidays, $1045/nt for Fridays, Sat & Holidays, $783/nt for Sun-Thursdays
- Low Season after Labor Day thru June 9 Graduation. $4702.50/Weekly (22 Guests) Holiday rates of $940/nt will be applied during the following nights. Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and New Year's. This rate is also the nightly rate for all Friday and Saturday nights. There is a 10% discount on all reservations of 3 or more days during Low Season after Labor Day to day before Graduation weekend in early June. The weekly price above already has this 10% discount applied. No discount will be applied during Holidays. All reservation will have a 10% tax, 5% processing fee and $45 non-refundable security wavier, and a $380 housecleaning fee added to the rent, .
- 5-night min during Summer unless there is a 2 or more day gap between bookings. These gap bookings will be available as they are created by other longer reservations.
