Vancouver Condo Rates

  • $120/night Canadian Dollars
  • We accept payment by all major credit cards through Paypal, Cash, e-Bank transfers, certified checks in Canadian funds. Registered guests must be show proof of picture ID.
    Short Term Stay (Less than one month):
    1.) A cash security deposit of $500.00 CAD is required upon check in, customers will get refund unon check out if no damage make.
    2.) Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
    Extended Term Stay: (More than one month):
    1.) A security deposit of cash $1500.00 CAD is required upon check in and will be refunded upon satisfactory check-out inspection.
    2.) Balance of the first month rental is due upon check-in.

    Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposit is refundable with 30 day cancellation notice. $200 cancellation fee will be charged. 7 days cancellation notice is charge $100 cancellation fee plus 1 night penalty. Less than 7 days notice the reservation fee is non-refundable.
  • We are taking reservation for 2010 Olympic: 50% non-refundable deposit for reservation fee, 50% payable 30 days before check-in date. Airport pick-up, GPS rental, tour package, catering and daily maid service is available upon request. Please contact owner for detail.

    Check-in time 4pm, check-out 11 am, early check in or out is available upon request, late check out after 2pm half day rent may apply.
