Dripping Springs House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- In lieu of a $300 Security Deposit payment, we charge $40 for Property Damage Protection
- One half of total is due upon booking (rental fee, tax, cleaning/maint fee & property damage protection). The balance is due 60 days prior to rental. For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, payment in full is required.
Online payments can be made with eCheck or any major credit card - Holiday (Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc.) and special event (SXSW, ACL, etc.) rates may be higher and require a longer minimum stay.
