Beacon Hill Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- rates depending on the season and number of guests.
- Rates vary according to number of guests. Prices quoted in rates table are for the entire villa for 10 people. Please call for rates for studio only or for main house only.
Rates: Christmas requires a two week minimum stay. two week stay is $14000. One week stay will be 8000.00. For the Christmas-New Years period, we only rent the entire villa.
Please Add 15% tax to all rates - Please add 15% government tax and service to all rates. Extra persons over 10 will be 50.00 per day for all seasons. Additional charge of 40.00 weekly for unlimited Internet usage. Please advise.
