This charming ocean view home is only 80 yards to a warm, deeded beach on Nantucket Sound. This vacation home has a modern, eat-in kitchen with sliders leading to an enclosed porch with a beautiful ocean view. Enjoy a large, beautifully landscaped, grassy yard with flowers galore. There is lawn furniture including a spacious table with an umbrella and six chairs, and two lounge chairs for reading, relaxing, sunning, or simply enjoying the gentle, warm ocean breezes. Additional amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue grill for your summertime meals on the Cape! The large basement offers a washer and dryer for your convenience, and plenty of room for your bikes and other vacation gear. When you want to explore, you're only minutes away from the Cape's best beaches, a variety of great restaurants, golfing, tennis, shops, and the National Seashore Park.
