As our guest, you'll enjoy the comforts of home in a beautifully furnished villa unit which includes a living room, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full-size, totally-equipped kitchen. Amenities include central heat and air-conditioning, Comcast color television, a phone, linens, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Special features include a private terrace, a screened patio, and a semi-private swimming pool. Utilities are included, but paper and cleaning supplies are not. Other villa accommodations are located throughout the tranquil Sebring residential community of Sun 'n Lake. Two-story condos and townhomes surround the golf course. Our county boasts citrus groves, ranches, farmlands (it's the caladium capital of the world) -- and plenty of leisure time activities including golfing, tennis, shuffleboard, fishing, bowling, visiting historical museums, shopping, and fine dining.

There is entertainment for all ages. This is a friendly '55 and over' complex. This two-bedroom villa is equipped to accommodate up to six adults. It's great for mini family reunions.
