- Arrival Time is 3PM --- Departure Time is 10AM
- If you are interested in booking some time at this home, all I need is your name and address. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required upon signing the lease. The week is not guaranteed until I receive your initial deposit. The second half of the deposit, plus the cleaning fee ($100), plus the fully refundable security deposit ($500) is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
- Any liability/damages/additional cleaning fees will be taken from the security deposit, but will not be limited to the amount of the deposit. I will give you an itemized listing of any damages and return the balance by the end of the rental season when the proper repairs can be made. Security deposits with no damages will be returned within 30 days.

Milk, cookies, and conversation in the kitchen... board games in the dining room... TV in the living room. Or you can read a book and listen to the rain on the covered front porch. Our home is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, museums, libraries, beaches, famous Chatham Band concerts, local baseball games, and the local fishing pier for fresh seafood. Our family has enjoyed this home for years. Now we invite your family to carry on the tradition.
