The Villa is located in the Clear Creek estate, Clermont, FL, a quiet neighborhood of similar homes with mixture of private residents and holiday lets. It is 1 mile north of the intersection of Hwy 192 and US 27, and about 8 miles west of the Disney complex. It is also very conveniently located to Interstate 4 that leads either to Tampa or Orlando. There is a Super Walmart, which opens 24x7, Winn Dixie Supermarket, Post Office, hairdressers, pizza shop (with home delivery) and many more just outside of the Villa residential complex.

I didn't care for the community but the convenience of all the stores made it ok. Would recommend it to all and I look forward to hopefully staying again on my next visit.
