A 50 % deposit on the rental is required with booking confirmation. The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival. For reservations less than six weeks before arrival, full payment is required.
Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to minimum charge of US$50.
In case of cancellations received in writing up to six weeks prior to scheduled arrival, all monies paid are refunded less a cancellation fee of 20% . Reservations cancelled less than six weeks prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit all rent monies paid unless the property was re-rented or partially re-rented during that period. The re-rent proceeds will then be refunded to the cancelling renter.
