- $300 security deposit is required. Rental rates do not include state and local room tax of 11%.
- Cleaning is included. Linens and bath towels are included. Trash must be placed in the bear-proof container on the street. Sorry, we do not allow pets. Sorry, no exceptions to this rule.
Occupants are limited to family groups only. No sororities, fraternities or non-chaperoned groups are allowed. You must be 25 years of age or older to obtain a rental agreement on this property. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be evicted immediately without a refund. - A rental deposit of 50% is required to hold a reservation. Payment of balance of rent is due 60 days before rental date. If reservation is made fewer than 60 days in advance of arrival, the entire amount is due at the time of booking your stay. A $300.00 security deposit will be due with your initial deposit. This will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection after your stay. Any damages noted will be deducted from the security deposit.

Reservations are strictly first-come, first-served. Reservations are held, as a courtesy, for 7 days after sending out the rental agreement. Prospective guests are given 7 days to sign and return the rental agreement and required rental payment. The time period may be rented to others after 7 days if the rental agreement is not returned on time.
