Spacious two-bedroom, three-bath, five year-old townhome has room to relax. Treat your family to a Colorado mountain home with 1,600 square feet of living space, 2 large decks, grill, mountain views, heated double-car garage, CD/DVD TV & CD player. This mountain getaway is our Dillon vacation home and is maintained with a home-away-from-home ambiance, rather than a rental property. Two master bedrooms; each with a private bath, queen-size bed, & a full dresser; allow a sense of privacy. A large stone fireplace, kitchen bar, and a hot tub will add to your comfort. Our home sleeps six with a queen-size sleeper and 3rd bath on the main level. The designer kitchen and professional decor provide all the appliances and storage space you need. For daytime excursions, we have a cooler and several folding chairs.Keystone ski area only 7 minutes away. Arapahoe Basin within ten minutes, while Copper Mt. and Breckenridge are 20 minutes away. Five world-class golf resorts are only minutes away

There is a free ski shuttle to all resorts. A short walk takes you to shopping, restaurants, the cinema, fly fishing, and Dillon Lake. Mountain biking trails are accessible from our driveway. You will love Colorado any time of year.
