Besides what's listed above, the kitchen includes a hand-held mixer, small Cuisinart, dinnerware and utensils for 8, fresh roasted coffee beans and tea bags, cream and sugar, breakfast foods and snacks, and other essentials such as TP, enough to get you through until your first grocery shopping trip. There are several different kinds of fresh herbs growing in the garden. Avocados are also available upon request, picked from the trees on the property.

The studio is situated over detached/free-standing garage at the back of a 1/4 acre corner lot. Entry to the studio is by a 17-step exterior staircase to studio. There are 2 cats who live on the property (outside only); owners live in main house on the property.
