Confirmations are mailed after the security deposit check has been received. Payment by check is due 30 days prior to arrival. Directions and information will be emailed. Access is keyless code.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits and/or rental fees will be returned if we are able to rent the days you cancel, less any fees or lost revenue incurred due to the cancellation. - DISCOUNTS
Adjacent to arrival/departure dates already reserved: $15/night - same day as departing or arriving guest; $25/night same day as both departing and arriving guest
Length of Stay: $15/night 10 - 19 nights; $30/night 20 - 29 nights; $$45/night 30 or more nights
