Atenas Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rental $1,000 - $1250; Monthly rental $3500
- For stays of longer than three months please contact owners for special rates.
A non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the rental amount is necessary for confirmation. The balance plus a $300 damage deposit is due one month prior to arrival.
Weekly rental periods begin and end on Saturday unless otherwise negotiated.

- The bathrooms are cantilevered out over the jungle and screened-in so that you feel like you're outdoors. While taking their showers, guests have seen a multitude of tropical birds and the occasional white-faced monkey troop passing by.

- Each bedroom has its own screened-in bathroom, a private deck overlooking the jungle and access to a shared walled garden. The furniture is handmade from local guanacaste wood and the mattresses are special orthopedic ones to insure a good night's sleep. The bedrooms are decorated with textiles and artifacts purchased by the owners during their extensive travels in Central America. In the mornings, you will be awakened by a symphony of bird sounds and, while drinking your coffee on the deck, you may see monkeys or sloths in the adjacent jungle.
