$500 damage deposit required for each rental of one week or less; deposit refund guaranteed within two weeks of departure, assuming no problems; 9% taxes additional to all rents; cleaning fee of $175 for nightly rentals. Weekly renters have option of paying $175 cleaning fee or do some basic cleaning (wash dishes, empty trash, etc.) and pay no fee. Contact manager for specifics. Weekly rates only for all holidays; $500 up-charge for Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weeks. All fees due 8 weeks in advance of arrival date.
No refunds of monies collected (except taxes) unless the house becomes uninhabitable (if we have to close the house and evacuate due to a hurricane; does not apply to bad weather only!) or unless owners are able to re-rent for the same dates and rates. For all renter cancellations, a 10% service charge will be deducted from refunds made. We encourage all renters to obtain trip cancellation insurance.

- Two of the bathrooms have full bathtubs for soaking after a long day at the beach. All bathrooms have washcloths, bath towels, and a supply of toilet tissue. Please be sure to bring your own toiletries, soaps, shampoo, etc. The Master bathroom has outdoor access to the covered rear oceanfront deck. The second bathroom on the 2nd floor is available to everyone in the house, as well as the second twin bedroom.

- The upstairs Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with access to the rear oceanfront deck. Upstairs as well, is a bedroom with two comfy twin beds and a full bathroom. Downstairs are two more bedrooms. The first is a bright, cozy room with two twin beds. The other is a spacious bedroom with a queen bed. All linens are supplied.

Ponte Vedra Beach House Details
Turtle Cay: The living room is a great gathering place for all at Turtle Cay. The fully furnished kitchen opens into the living room, adding more social space in the home. The sectional couch centers around the TV and decorative fireplace. The dining table seats 8 and there is breakfast bar seating for 2. Downstairs you'll find full size laundry machines for your use. The wrap-around deck is covered on the back of the house, providing a shady, outdoor retreat, while the side and front deck are open to the sun for tanning. The deck has a private walkway directly down to the sandy beach. The deck is a perfect place for reading, napping, or enjoying a 'sand free' day at the beach. There are beach chairs, toys, and surf boards for our guests to use. We are sure you will find our home to be an enjoyable place to stay, year after year. Turtle Cay is available for Holidays, TPC, Floirida Georgia game, and all year 'round. So come home to the beach.
Pet Information: We know that pets are part of the family. Here at Turtle Cay your pet is welcome. We do require a $200, non-refundable deposit per pet. We also ask that only well trained, house broken pets be brought into our home. Thank you.
Other Activities: There are many golf courses in the area so bring your clubs! If you have questions about any of the courses, feel free to ask. There are also several fishing charter options in the area as well. You can spend the day on the river, beach, or miles off shore fishing. Charter information is available upon request.
