Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Weekly Rate .. $1000/week. (excluding certain weeks, utilities included)
Monthly Rate .. $3800/month. (excluding certain months, utilities not included)
Security deposit equal to half the rental fee. $150 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Available weekly, monthly, & seasonally (By lease & negotiated fee)
Owner is a captain & scuba instructor. We may also be able to put together a
combination package to include lodging PLUS Diving, Fishing and/or Lobstering
(Call for Pricing).
