Weekly ...... $1800/7 nights.
Holidays .... $300-$600/night.
10.15% tax and $125 cleaning fee (additional $25 cleaning if over the occupancy)
20% Deposit Required to Hold Dates. Full payment is due 30 days in advance.
$500 Refundable Security Deposit also required with Final Payment
