Seawinds Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A minimum of 7 nights is required.
- Low Season Rates begin the middle of April thru the middle of December.
Rate is $1000 for a weekly rental plus tax and security deposit
High Season Rates begin the middle of December thru the middle of April.
Rate is $2000 for a weekly rental plus tax and security deposit - we require a damage deposit of $250 which is refundable.
We do not allow short term rentals.
