Enter the house to an incredible collection of artisan woodwork. Everywhere you look are built-in specimens of bookcases, armoires, light fixtures and more. The comfortable seating and fireplace of the living room provide a perfect setting for indoor socializing or relaxing. The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, and quality appliances. It is fully stocked to provide everything a chef needs for gourmet cooking. Counter dining is easy, or set up the dining room table for special evenings with friends and family. The master bedroom has a King size bed, and the guest bedroom has two Twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom.
Walk three blocks to State Street, the main corridor of Santa Barbara shopping and dining. Along the way is a fabulous, all local, 'mini-downtown'. It includes a coffee/smoothie house, burger and salad restaurant, Mexican restaurant, McConnell's ice cream parlor, and several retail stores. Continue your stroll several blocks further to the heart of Santa Barbara's downtown.
The property is located within easy reach of all that Santa Barbara has to offer. The beach is an easy 5 minute drive down the street. Santa Barbara Mission is a 2 minute drive.
