Small doge are only allowed if approved by owners in advance. Breed and weight of pet will be required. Renter must agree to a $200 pet deposit, and agrees to the $15 per day pet fee. Sorry NO CATS. - The WINTER months are NOT available for monthly rentals, just daily and weekly rentals only. We only have monthly rentals available for May, June, August, September, & October. All other months (November-April) are considered peak season and cannot be rented at a monthly rate. Thanks for understanding!

Daily maid service is not provided, but we can make arrangements for touch-up cleanings during your stay.

Summer renters will love that there is an air conditioner (in the bedroom) for those warmer months.
