Additional Information : First floor also has a full bath with shower. On the second floor there are four bedrooms - two master suites with private baths, and two others with bunk beds (1 full + 1 twin), and shared bath + tub. All bedrooms feature bright maple floors and a mix of new and vintage furnishings. Easy in/out of the house and into the wooded outdoors via large front entry hall has large closets and custom-made bench with shoe compartments. Also - the heated attached garage makes winter coming/going easier! Wooded 2.2 acre lot provides seclusion and natural feel. The Monongahela National Forest is 200 feet away on access road adjacent to property, and has miles of trails for cross country skiing -- try a 5 or a 17 mile route all the way to Blackwater Falls State Park for dinner!
Amenities: Newly completed house, available for rent from December 2007; 3 TV plus DVD (1 wide screen). Cable TV; Wireless Internet; Gas Fireplace. Stereo: CD player and 4 in-ceiling speakers; 4 wheel drive is recommended for the winter months.
