Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $125/night 2 night minimum. $750 per week. Monthly $2200. No tax on monthly rentals
- 50% deposit via major credit card to secure reservation. Balance of rent and taxes is due at check in. Rental agreement due within 7 days of initial reservation deposit. A Security deposit of 50 % of total rent is also required at check in. This is refunded within 48 hrs of departure if conditions of rental agreement met. Cancellation policy: Cancellations hurt our small family operation. Full refund less 10% credit card & rebooking fee for cancellations received prior to 15 days of arrival. For cancellations within 15 days of arrival (or early checkouts), we will try and rent it out as we do understand that events happen. If we can re-rent it, we will give you a credit less 10%. If we cannot rent it out, the deposit is forfeit. We will work with you as best we can. Thanks in advance for understanding and for taking good care of our cottage. If there is a problem we will call you and work it out. We have always had guests who left the cottage in wonderful condtion! Thanks!
- Rates ($!25/night or $750/week - 7th night free) are valid through Dec 31, 2008. Rates are per cottage for a maximum of 4 people. 5th person is $10/night surcharge. (Twin air bed & extra linens available). Rental Taxes (9.75% sales tax and 5% occupancy tax) will be collected for rental durations of less than 30 days in accordance with Tn law. For more than 30 days, taxes are not required to be collected. Our rates are scheduled to go up slightly in 2009 due to rising costs. Call for exact 2009 rates if booking for 2009.

The Country bathroom is porcelain tiled with a full walk in shower with radio and seating. Raised comfort height toilet, antique mirror, a country ladder for linen display and an old fashion style bowl sink offer modern amenities with a country feel. A state of the art whole house water purification system ensures pristine baths and showers that feel like rain water and purified drinking water straight from the tap. Towels and toiletries provided. Spa Robes provided. Extra towels provided for hot tub. Whether it is outdoor on the deck in our 5 person hot tub, or inside the master bath with our oversized spa tub, luxuriate in privacy and unwind from the stress of day to day life. Pamper yourself.

- New Memory Foam Plush Comfort Mattresses in each bedroom. The Romance Master Bedroom has French doors opening onto the deck - wonderful woodsy mountain farm view. Decorated in black, white and red, it makes for a wonderful romantic retreat with its ensuite spa bath and double pedestal sinks. Our second bedroom is located down the hall next to the Country Bath. Decorated in an elegant country style with hues of gold, browns and queen size bed. Both bedrooms have armoires, antique furniture, candles, wall sconce lighting with dimmers, wood floors and comfortable seating and reading lights. The Honey Bedroom has a CD player and both bedrooms have alarm clocks. The Honey bedroom has a bathroom adjacent with full walk in porcelain tiled shower with radio. Fine linens & Spa robes provided

Near Watts Bar Lake, Piney River & Whites Creek: Great Boating, Fishing and Swimming as well as island hopping. Boat rentals (fishing and pontoons) available locally. Several marinas close by. Huge 20 mile long lake offering great fresh water fishing from along its shore or in a fishing boat. Lots of tiny islands to explore and swim off of. Several parks to swim at along its shores. Piney River offers nearby river walking, swimming and hiking. Enjoy the warmth of the lake in the day and the cool breezes of our mountain cottage at night! Call now for more info!
Lots of fall & winter events, holiday celebrations: Many local events during the fall and winter months. Harvest Celebrations, music events, live theatrical productions, holiday special events and lots of sports in the area. The Cumberland Trail with lots of local hiking spots has an open section just 10 miles away. Several waterfalls (some seasonal) within short hiking distance. Hiking for beginners to experienced hikers along the Plateau as well as on our family farm. Horse back trail riding and/or vacation lessons within a 5 minute drive - ride up the Plateau and view the lake. Bike riding on our many rural roads - bring your bike! Kayaking on nearby Whites Creek when its running (steep!) Horseshoes, pingpong, darts, checkers, cards and games in cottage or game shed next to cottage. Croquet and loaner fishing rods for farm pond (no license required) available. WInter slides for loan if it snows. Campfire and star gazing. Lots to do or do nothing! Your choice!
Farm Catering Services: Full Country Breakfasts cooked to order at our farmhouse by 'Papa Phil'. (Th-Sun) Closed Holidays. See our family website for more information. (Breakfast served on the porch in summer or the dining room in winter). Home made bread and pizzas cooked to order and elivered to your cottage. Continental 'Biscuits and Jam' picnic baskets with fresh juice, fruit and optional country ham delivered directly to your cottage for those slow lazy mornings. Let us pamper you ! Farmhouse kitchen open Thur-Sun. Advance notice required. Papa Phil is a great cook.
