Notes:
Enjoy fabulous outdoor bbq's and family time at Riverside Vacation Rental. The three acre property is ideal for family reunions and gatherings. The swimmingpool has a cover that can only be removed by adults; it is heated from October through April (longer if needed). The outdoor dining area seats 12 and is shaded by large umbrellas. Play basketball, pool, ping pong or a variety of other games. Enjoy bird watching amongst the 130 trees grown on the property.
The home has three living areas, one has two queen futon couches, that sleep four people. The second living area seats 10 and has a flat screen tv with satellite connection and collection of 60 dvd's. The third living area seats four and has a cozy fireplace.
