***FULL WEEK RENTAL ONLY for Christmas, New Years, Independence Day weeks
(Rate @ $900 for up to 4 people add additional $10/person/night fee)+ Tax And Cleaning Fee
Required security deposit for SPECIAL holidays is $300.
***Large party cleaning fee $140 (from person 5-10)
**Pets (ONLY DOGS). ALL pets must be pre-registered. Pet fee: one $30, two $45, maximum pets 2!! - All rates are based on 1-4 people per week for a minimum of 3 days.
**With advance notice may accommodate up to 10 people**
Comfortably accommodates 10 people, 2 per room plus loft.
Security deposit: $250.00 for weekly rentals, $300 for weekenders and Special Holiday renters.
***Rate for each person after the 4th is an additional $10/person/night for lodging and cleaning fee.
All pets must be registered!! Dogs allowed only with maximum of 2 (fee applies).
Large party cleaning fee applies from person 5-10.
