- A $200 deposit holds all stays and is due 5 days after your reservation.
A damage deposit plus all rents are due 30 days prior to check-in. All rents and damage deposits are due as follows: 50% - 60 days prior to arrival; 100% 30 days prior to arrival.
Until we receive the initial $200 deposit we reserve the right to continue showing the property.
Additional damage deposit will be required for guests with pets, plus $20 per day, per pet.
Cancellations: 60 days or more before arrival: 100%. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Payments: Credit cards via paypal, bank checks, traveller's checks, cash or money order in US funds. All checks must clear 30 days before your stay. $75 fee for all returned checks. - *Until confirmed, all rates subject to change without notice. UTILITIES - All rates unless otherwise noted include utilities. Utilities included are electric, water, basic cable/internet/phone service, weekly pool service, lawn service and general trash removal. Free long distance phone service includes calls to areas listed under our current Verizon FiOS agreement only and are subject to change at any time. OTHER STAY PERIODS AVAILABLE. LONG TERM CONTRACTS: 7 MONTHS OR MORE *NO SALES TAX*. 7-11 month lease option: $1500/month + electric/water/cable. Tenant pays direct to utility company unless specifically arranged otherwise. YEARLY LEASING: Stays of 12 months or more revert to a standard lease agreement and are subject to an application fee and a credit check. Year lease: 1400/month + all utilities. Pets: We allow certain traditional pets. Some restrictions apply. Call Aaron or Joann for details.
