This Luxury Single Family Home With Private Pool & Spa is nestled on almost 1/2 acre of land with a creek running along one side for additional privacy is located on the west side of Saint Petersburg near Treasure Island and the Beautiful White Sandy Gulf Beaches, about 10 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, just moments to shopping, theater, entertainment, sports venues, Interstate highways. About 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and about a 35 minute to Busch Gardens and about an hour drive to Disney World. Clean, comfortable luxury home updated less then 2 years ago has two full bedrooms, master bedroom has king size bed with 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and 2nd bedroom queen size bed, one bath, living room, new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, dining room with a table for six. You may sleep an additional two people on sleep sofa in the living room, for a total of 6 people.
