Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1500.00/ week High season -$1000.00/ week Summer. A 7% visitors tax will be charged by the island
- A deposit of 50% of the total price is due at the time of booking. Upon receipt of your bank draft, you will receive written confirmation of your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before departure. For bookings made less than 30 days previous to departure, full payment is due at the time of booking. Minimum one week stay, with additional days or longterm rental considered. Last minute bookings also accepted with wire transfer ($15 fee)
Cancellation: All moneys paid are subject to forfeit dependent upon villa being re-rented for the period of the canceled rental. If the villa is re-rented, then a full refund will be made, less a $100.00 cancellation charge and the cost of foreign exchange.
