Bird of Paradise Additional Amenities: Other luxurious appointments include central air conditioning, new 32' flat screen HDMI TV and HDMI DVD with HD digital cable, Bose sound system in the Living Room; as well as and iPod Dock, and Telescope, high speed and wireless internet, and a large library of DVD and games in stock. Additional amenities include the superior linens and plush bathrobes. The fully equipped and well stocked kitchen even provides an espresso machine and fax/copier. The master bedroom has a four-poster canopied bed in a natural bamboo finish, ceiling fan, flat panel wall mounted TV, and direct access to the outdoor patio. The second bedroom has a garden view, television with DVD and VCR, and also with a small private patio.
Outdoor Amenities: On the ocean side, an outdoor patio is complete with chaise lounge chairs and seating for four for outdoor dining in a perfect location to enjoy world famous sunsets with a cold beverage or a 'grill your own' BBQ dinner. An exciting feature of Bird of Paradise is that guests are welcome to use the 40 foot, solar-heated swimming pool and hot tub spa which are located above the cottage and in front of the owner's home. The owners are gracious and welcoming hosts and guests can expect some privacy as they are usually away working during weekdays. The swimming pool has a diving board, and the outdoor kitchen that includes Jenn-Air gas grill with dual-side burner, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two sinks, ice-maker, shower room and covered dining.
Concierge Guest Service: Our very own exclusive in-house Concierge will assist you with all of your vacation planning needs. Tropical Villa Vacations of Hawaii employs several professionals who were formerly Chief Concierge at Four Seasons Hotels in Seattle, Beverly Hills, Tokyo, and Maui. Tropical Villa Vacations was the first Hawaii vacation rental agency to provide bona-fide Personal Concierge Service for guests of luxury private vacation homes. Your Personal Concierge will arrange for tour and adventure reservations, auto rentals, catered meals or private in-villa chef service, sailing, snorkeling, fishing and helicopter charters, advance reservations for the Old Lahaina Luau, family portrait photos, star-lit massages, vow renewal ceremonies, golf tee-times and other pleasures to enhance your vacation on Maui.
