This deluxe six-bedroom two level house was built in 2003 and is 3,800 sq ft. After staying in this house you will want to come back year after year. The house offers spectacular deer valley ski run and Jordanelle reservoir lake views. The house is professionally decorated with all new furniture, artwork and has all high end finishes.
The house is conveniently located: seven minutes to the Gondola at Deer Valley, nine minutes to the base of Park City Resort/Main Street and forty minutes from Salt Lake City airport.
The house is located 2 minutes off of the highway and there are no
steep or cliff side roads to worry about during the winter months. The roads are cleared immediately during a storm and the driveway at the house is plowed anytime there is one inch or more of snow.

You are surrounded by the diversity of world-class recreation and fun, including skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, tubing, golfing, biking, hiking, fly fishing, horseback riding,summertime boating activities at the Jordanelle Reservoir and shopping and nightlife. The house is locatedan easy 8-10 minutes flat drive to Deer Valley or Park City Mountain Resort. The grocery store is located 5 minutes from the house.
Deer Valley was honored in 2007 by being named the #1 ski resort in North America by the readers of SKI magazine, and hosted the 2002 Olympic Winter
Games slalom, aerials and moguls events. The Canyons (located 15 minutes away) is the largest single ski and snowboard resort in Utah and one of the five largest in the U.S.. Alta, Snowbird and 10 other ski resorts are located within a fifty minute or less drive.

Payment Options: Travelers checks, cashier checks ,money order or credit cards. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out is 11:00 a.m. No more than 14 people. This is strictly enforced. Dishes should be placed in dishwasher when guests leave. There are no refunds for late arrivals such as weather delays or early
departures of any kind.
Deposits: 50% of the full package is due four days after booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. An additional $500.00 refundable damage deposit is required 60 Days prior to arrival and will be refunded 48 hours after departure if no damage has occurred the property inside or outside. Cancellation policy: There are no refunds of any amounts that have been paid.
