Deer Valley House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Housekeeping charge of $200. 10% rental tax is included in nightly rate.

Early Ski Season: Nov. 21 - December 16 $550/ night (min 4 nights)

$3,500/wk - Payment Options: Travelers checks, cashier checks ,money order or credit cards. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out is 11:00 a.m. No more than 14 people. This is strictly enforced. Dishes should be placed in dishwasher when guests leave. There are no refunds for late arrivals such as weather delays or early
departures of any kind.
Deposits: 50% of the full package is due four days after booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is a $39.00 charge for $1,500 of coverage for any damage to the property. Cancellation policy: There are no refunds of any amounts that have been paid.
