Very large lot and backyard for kids, dogs and adults to enjoy with large sun or shade deck and built in hot tub, very private. Plenty of room to get sun on chase lounge chairs and tranquil bamboo surrounding most of the property. Very comfy and cosy and peaceful home with lots of areas to retreat.

3 blocks from heart of Hollywood Strip. (15 minutes west of downtown LA). The property itself is private and surrounded by tall timber bamboo plants! The 3 blocks surrounding the property is all normal residential and apartment bldgs. Then starting about 4 blocks and on, begins the many many wonderful restaurants, 3 movie studios, bars, shopping places, huge movie complex and workout facility! About 10 blocks from the house, you are in the center of Hollywood and Highland shopping center. The Kodak Theatre is here, many many shops and restaurants and activities and additional movie theatres! The Historic Mann's Chinese and Egyptian Theatres are here. Hollywood Roosevelt hotel is AMAZING for food and swimming by the pool. Hiking up Runyon Canyon to overlook Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood and Century City and the ocean is amazing. Also, do a studio lot tour of Paramount Studios (4 blocks away) and Sunset Gower Studioes and the new amazing Technicolor Building on Sunset!!!
