Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $ 700.00 to $ 850.00
- Weekly Rental:
Jun 5th to Sept. 15th ............ $850/week
Apr to May 15th, Sept. 15th through Nov .. $700/week
May 15th to June 5th $850 / Week
Plus 9% Vermont sales Tax. $75 cleaning fee.
Credit card payment accepted (2% additional fee)
50% down (non- refundable) along with signed contract to reserve.
Security/damage deposit of $250 / Weekly $150 / Nightly (refundable following site inspection).
Total balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Nightly Rates Sept 15th to Nov. $150 per night 2 night minimum 4th night free
