This property was completed in April 2007. It sits in the heart of Americas greatest family resort, Ocean City, NJ. This home is impeccably furnished and maintained. It has great appeal for people traveling with handicapped guests. Two out of the five bedrooms are master suites. On the first floor directly off the kitchen is a private master suite which includes a full bathroom with a glass & marble shower. The other suite is on the second floor & includes a queen size bed, private balcony & a spectacular full bathroom with a sit down glass/marble shower. There is an additional bedroom on the second floor, as well as a full bathroom and second living room which includes a plasma screen TV, pull out sofa bed and a deck with table & chairs. The third floor has a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom, a bedroom/full 'executive' office with modern computer, high speed DSL, printer, fax, futon & a deck that overlooks Ocean City's famous ferris wheel. Upgraded Comcast cable included.

Ocean City NJ is approx. 20 minutes from all of the world renowned casinos, live entertainment and fine dining of Atlantic City. This spectacular home is one block from the beach/boardwalk of America's most premier family resort as it was voted the past two years. We are a short walking distance to nearby amusement parks, water park, shopping boutiques along Asbury Avenue and many wonderful family-friendly restaurants. All possible water sports are located a short bike ride away at the bay along with all activities associated with fishing and boating.
