A refund less a ($200) re-booking fee will be given for a cancellation received within 30 days of the beginning of the rental term, as long as we are able to re-rent the premises. -
* Discounts available for long term rentals
* Two nights minimum will be considered if property not booked one week beforehand
* Pets very welcome - they'll have a ball. $75 fee.

Breckenridge House Details
Year Round Retreat: This is truly a year-round experience. Winter and Spring are the obvious highlights for incredible skiing at some of the highest elevations ski resorts in the world. Summer is gorgeous - escape the heat and head to the mountains for hiking and biking, rafting and kayaking, or just to sit on the deck and enjoy the clean air and scenery. Fall may be my favorite time -- the aspens are a bright yellow, the days are warm but it's cold at night, and you can literally feel the season changing. Bring your family and friends - there's plenty of room and seating inside and out. Come experience it!
