Unit Info: Gull Reef #612 - Luxuious three bedroom, two bath beach condo with partial side ocean views from balcony at the Beachside Colony Resort. This attractive condo has been updated with new carpet, paint, and furnishings. This unit has a washer and dryer and free hi speed Internet with WIFI service. The master suite has whirlpool tub. There are TV/DVD's in all bedrooms and a private balcony with side view of the beach. The resort has a heated pool and kiddee pool. Beachside also has a restaurant, beach side bar, and playground. It is less than a block walk to the library, YMCA, and Memorial Park (Memorial Park boasts a pavilion, tennis and vollyball courts,and a new playground). Several resturants are nearby, including Paula Deens. Pet friendly (1 dog under 30lbs). Parking for 2.
