Marriot resort is directly across the street and the Sheraton Sand Key is a quarter mile to the north , both are upscale Hotels. Also across the street are the Shopps at Sand Key featuring restaurants like Columbia and Backwaters , Ice Cream Parlor , Dry Cleaner , Nail Salon , Bank of America , Dunkin Donuts along with other shops and dining .
Unit features stainless steel kitchen appliances , 37 ' Lcd TV , cable and DVD , Balcony with pit group seating and ceiling fan. Lots of storage , linen closet , two six foot storage closets , one for hanging, one for folding . All dishes , silverware and linens included. Tastefully decorated and very clean .
Condo has 24 hour guard and security gate , secured common area and surrounding area is very nice . Heated Pool and Spa , Sundeck , Gas BBQ , Charcoal BBQ , Shuffleboard , Tennis Court , Bike storage and more.

Who would like this ?: Typically the people that rent this are ' young retired couples ' that are looking to get away for a month or two and realize that this is a excellent rate for a beach front condo .
