Deer Valley Townhome Details
This town home is in a luxury four unit complex located on lower Deer Valley Drive. The four levels are built in to the mountainside, with spectacular ski run views! The main level is a large great room combining the living room with its high ceilings, gourmet kitchen, dining area and a beautifully finished powder room. Great for entertaining and relaxing. There is a separate bar area adjacent to the dining room and a fabulous home theatre room – all on the main level. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, a small loft, and the laundry room. The large and luxurious master bedroom suite is a world of it’s own. It offers a very nice setting with a private fireplace, 32” LCD, a private deck with ski run views, 18 ft vaulted ceilings and a stunning master four poster bed. The master bath offers an oversized soaking tub, a separate slate shower.
This property is managed by Club Lespri and guests are given a temporary membership to this private club downtown for as long as they are our guests. Club Lespri offers one of Park City’s favorite restaurants known as “Cellars”, a brand new piano bar, a glorious exclusive day spa and a state of the art fitness center. All this is offered to you as our guest during your stay. Club Lespri will also act as your private concierge service during your stay. A fast call to the front desk will help you set your activity schedule. Club Lespri provides a houseman that is at your call and takes care of the property amenities at this unit during your stay. All this is yours for the price of your nightly stay.
You are within a ½ mile to everything Park City has to offer during your stay in the best accommodations in town. It is the best of Park City and we are sure you will enjoy your stay with us.
