- A $250.00 refundable security deposit, seperate from the rental fee, is required to secure your dates. It will be refunded within 7 days of your departure from the home providing provisions of rental agreement are met and there is no serious damage to the home or it's contents.
Holidays are $300.00 per night and require a 3 night minimum. Exception Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holidays require a 5 night minimum.
Summer months (June-Sept.) 1 week minimum - Cleaning Fee is an additional $100.00 per booking.
